Job Summary

SRPS Fintech Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing fintech organization working in the field of financial inclusion and digital banking services, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial management. This position plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning, efficient resource allocation, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Support senior management in strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Prepare and review annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance reports.
• Manage cash flow, fund utilization, and cost optimization to maintain financial stability.
• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).
• Prepare and finalize financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss account, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Develop, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and budget adherence.
• Present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / BMS)
• PG: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / ICWA preferred
