Principal Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAP modules (specifically PP and QM) under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Understand project requirements related to SAP support and complete assigned tasks as per the supervisors direction.
• Work closely with senior SAP support professionals to gain knowledge about SAP systems, modules, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor SAP system performance, report errors, and assist in implementing solutions for smooth system operations.
• Analyze SAP data, prepare reports, and provide basic support to SAP end-users.
• Participate in SAP workshops and training sessions to enhance functional knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 65% aggregate (no active backlogs).

• Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of SAP systems and modules (such as SAP FI, MM, SD, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting and conveying technical issues and solutions.

• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to evolving technologies.
