Job Title: Demand Planning Executive

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join our team as a Demand Planning Executive. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management and forecasting to meet the demands of our business operations. As a Demand Planning Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of demand planning, purchasing, and generating management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning:
Utilize historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather insights and refine demand forecasts.

Monitor and analyze demand patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.

Purchase Management:
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and products.

Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to optimize purchasing processes.

Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.

Management Reports:
Generate comprehensive reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and purchasing activities.

Analyze key metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to management.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stock Control Reports:
Develop and maintain stock control procedures to accurately track inventory movements.

Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Optimize inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock and improve turnover rates.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or inventory management.

Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
