- **Customer Interaction**: Engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, providing travel advice, and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the planning and execution of tours.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align tour offerings with market trends and customer demands.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing unforeseen challenges during tours and making quick decisions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Mentorship**: Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive work culture through effective leadership and mentorship practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions to streamline tour planning and execution.
