We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Purchase Executive** to join our fast-paced team in the FMCG sector. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain for our products. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relationships, cost management, and ensuring timely availability of products for production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning & Execution**: Understand the demand forecast and coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and goods.
- **Vendor Management**: Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and other necessary products. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- **Purchase Orders & Documentation**: Create, process, and manage purchase orders. Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock, ensuring smooth production processes.
- **Cost Control**: Work with the finance team to manage procurement budgets, monitor cost fluctuations, and find cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all purchased goods meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- **Market Research & Supplier Development**: Continuously evaluate market trends, new suppliers, and potential cost-saving measures. Develop strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- **Supplier Audits & Compliance**: Ensure all suppliers are compliant with contracts, quality standards, and legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with FMCG products, such as packaging materials, raw materials, or finished goods procurement.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems specific to FMCG companies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
