**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Entry and Inventory Management: Accurately enter purchase-related data into our system and assist in managing inventory records.
2. Stock Item Maintenance: Create and maintain stock items in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Verification and Reconciliation: Cross-verify Tally entries with purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
4. Document Management: File purchase documents systematically and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchase activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software is mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Understanding of basic electrical components and terminology (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
