We are in the quest to create a positive movement - a movement aimed at reducing the gap between consumers and farmers, a movement that gives consumers access to safe and non-toxic produce and a movement that uplifts the farmer community. Today we are proud to say that we are connecting 1500+ farmers to consumers. We’re Kerala’s largest D2C F&V brand. Our plan is to expand to entire South India soon and then go pan India after that.

**Job Role**:

- Conduct analyses to support leadership in business decisions for the category
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns -Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

**Skill and Competencies**:

- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and run complex business processes
- Able to work independently in an extremely fast-paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset
- Good working knowledge of Excel is a must
- Experience in supply chain planning will be good to have Experience requirement
- 1-3 years of experience is required
