**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **on-ground logistics** during events, setups, and dismantling.
- **Pick up and deliver** items such as props, equipment, branding materials, and documentation between office, vendors, and venues.
- Support the event team with **last-minute errands** and on-site requirements.
- Ensure **timely and accurate reporting** of task completions to the operations team.
- Maintain **proper documentation** of receipts, gate passes, and material movement.
- **Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and logistics partners** for efficient operations.
- Maintain basic knowledge of venue layouts and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure all tasks are performed with **utmost punctuality and responsibility**.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid driving license** (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler as required)
- Knowledge of local routes and locations (added advantage if familiar with event venues)
- Ability to **work under pressure and handle urgent tasks**:

- Basic communication skills (Hindi, English preferred)
- Willingness to work **late hours and weekends** based on event schedules
- **Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
