
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Track progress on action items and deadlines, keeping the CEO informed of the status.
- **Project Management**:
- Assist in managing key projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, both internal and external.
- **Communication Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO, senior management, and other internal/external parties.
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive office and across departments.
- Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO.
- **Travel and Logistics**:
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle any changes promptly.
- **Office Management**:
- Manage the executive office, ensuring supplies are maintained and the workspace is organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office operations and facility management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
