**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Relationship Manager to support our sales, business development, and project execution activities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, architecture, or plywood products, and who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring smooth project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Support**:

- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate teams.

**Business Development Assistance**:

- Support sales and marketing teams in identifying prospects and following up on leads.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.

**Project Coordination**:

- Work with internal teams to track project timelines and deliverables.
- Keep clients updated on progress, approvals, and requirements.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain client records, contracts, and communication logs in the CRM system.
- Generate basic reports on client interactions and follow-ups.

**Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about company products, services, and basic industry trends.

Share client feedback and insights with senior management.

Pay: ₹9,361.55 - ₹20,000.00 per month
