We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our growing team.This is a permanent work from home role, with exciting opportunities to work on enterprise-scale projects across global clients.Key Responsibilities :Lead technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Dynamics CRM projects(Sales & Customer Service modules).Architect and implement complex customizations, workflows, ribbon customizations, business process flows, and automations.Oversee integration with Power BI, Power Platform, and Power Portals.Manage and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Ensure consistent delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure CRM applications.Must-Have Skills:10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 (Sales & Customer Service modules).Strong experience in: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals)Power BI integration, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Business RulesRibbon Workbench & Command Bar customizationsDeep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and deployment models (on-premise & cloud).Experience working with Azure services, Dataverse, and custom connectors is a plus.Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage distributed development environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Additional Requirements :Must have a valid passportMust be able to join within 20 working daysWork from Home / RemoteWhy Join Us?Work on global-scale Dynamics CRM projectsFlexible remote work environmentOpportunity to lead innovation in CRM + Power PlatformCompetitive compensation & long-term growthEmail us at
