**Job Title**: Junior Customer Relationship Associate

**Location**: Delhi

As a Junior Customer Relationship Associate, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance client engagement and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure accurate client data management, analyze CRM insights, and implement strategies that strengthen client relationships. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, leveraging insights to create targeted campaigns.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, including fields, page layouts, workflows, processes, and reports to support business needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of customer data within the CRM system.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry and report generation.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and the legal industry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must possess a personal laptop.
