**Job overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Add and edit user-friendly content on our clients Drupal CMS platform.
- Publish high-quality content that aligns with client’s brand tone and engages our target audience.
- Understand JIRA and pick up content entry tasks which are assigned daily for JIRA tickets.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices.
- Monitor and update content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content management.
- Work directly with Client point of contact in US to understand the workload.
- Work with few hours of overlap with US client in the east coast.

**Necessary Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (Drupal is recommended). Understand content types, template and components, site structure setup
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
