Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of customer support representatives, overseeing daily operations.

Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct quality assurance surveys and provide constructive feedback to improve service.

Maintain detailed product knowledge to support customers effectively.

Create a positive and productive work environment for your team.

Oversee customer satisfaction surveys to enhance our services.

Guide customers to select suitable products based on needs and budget.

Process payments, manage orders, and inform customers of promotions.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

Provide reports based on customer feedback to drive service improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English (required)

Previous experience in an international BPO is a plus.

Comfortable commuting to the Mohali.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Minimum 1 year of total work experience (preferred)
