Are you an outstanding communicator in Hindi? Do you have proficiency in Malayalam/ Tamil, / Telugu? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Multilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to assist customers with their account deposits. A professional and friendly approach is essential as you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service they signed up for
- Answer questions about products (post training)
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and help them to maintain their account balance
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Follow the quality matrix diligently

**Requirements**:

- We need fluency in Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu, Hindi and English
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent command over the language
- Minimum 2 years work experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
