Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Level: Fresher to 2 years of experience

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

- 12th Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Marathi; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas.
