**Job Summary**

As a Career Counsellor, you will utilize both inbound and outbound telephone calls to guide students through the NEET Counselling process. You will also engage with students and parents to persuade them to purchase the company’s services, fostering long-term relationships for future sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide students through the NEET counselling process effectively.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with students to facilitate future sales.
- Initiate contact with potential customers (parents) using prepared scripts to inform them about our services.
- Understand customer requirements by asking pertinent questions and providing detailed explanations about the company’s services.
- Accurately process sales and handle transactions.
- Address and resolve customer grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and useful information for future reference.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- **Education**: Minimum 12th/Diploma/Any Graduate (preferably with a background in Psychology)
- Basic knowledge of career counselling and the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn about the company’s services and effectively explain them to customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
