**Who are we looking for: Career / Student Counsellor**:
**General Purpose**:
The Career Counselor is responsible for providing career guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance with career development and job search. They will work closely with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career goals, and provide guidance on job search strategies, interviewing techniques, and resume writing..

**Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Provide career guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance with career development and job search
- Assess clients' skills, interests, and career goals and provide guidance on job search strategies, interviewing techniques, and resume writing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and interactions
- Develop and deliver career workshops, seminars, and training sessions
- Collaborate with other teams, such as academic and administrative, to ensure that student needs are met
- Network with employers and organizations to develop job opportunities for clients
- Provide guidance on career-related topics such as networking, career advancement, and professional development
- Stay current with job market trends and changes in the industry
- Provide support to clients with diverse backgrounds, such as veterans, people with disabilities, and immigrants

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
- MBA or any relevant master's degree is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in support or a related field
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience is acceptable from a top college

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Required Skills/Experience/Characteristics**:

- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs), Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Web-based tools, etc...
- Strong research and brainstorming skills are required to produce highly creative and unique content
- Must have a natural flair for writing & be able to deliver content that perfectly works for the Web
- Write exceptional content, original, grammatical-error-free, technically/conceptually authentic
- A strong presence on social media and Experience with social media properties
- Base-level understanding of search engine optimization and keyword usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

**Key Competencies**:

- Good written and oral communication proficiency in English
- Should be conversant in your regional language and Hindi would be added advantage

**Interview process**:
We don't have a complicated multi-level process like corporates. But we do have 2-3 rounds to filter good talent. 1-2 rounds of online interviews, and one round of In-person interviews. Also, there will be a small writing exercise/assignment component as part of the interview process.

**As it's not a walk-in please do not visit our office location until you get selected through the Interview Process.**
