**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Academic Counsellor** to join our team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students in making informed decisions about their academic path. You will provide support by understanding their goals, helping them select courses, and advising them on how to succeed academically.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Assist students in selecting appropriate academic programs and courses based on their goals, interests, and qualifications.
- **Information Sharing**: Provide detailed information about the institution, courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- **Career Guidance**: Help students understand different career paths related to their academic interests and goals.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students, answer their queries, and help with the admission process.
- **Problem Solving**: Address students' academic concerns, such as course selection or challenges in studies, and provide guidance for improvement.
- **Documentation**: Help students complete and process necessary paperwork for admissions, scholarships, and other academic formalities.
- **Collaboration**: Work with faculty and administrative staff to stay updated on academic offerings, admissions policies, and any curriculum changes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (education, counseling, or related field is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and empathetic, with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to explain academic concepts in simple terms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
