**Admission Counsellor Manager**

**Job Type**: Full - time
Experience: 6months - 5 years
Qualification : Any undergraduate degree

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of admission counsellors to achieve enrollment targets.
Student Counselling: Guide prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and admission processes.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop strategies to generate and convert inquiries into admissions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to enhance student out reach efforts.
Process Optimization: Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process by maintaining CRM systems and records.
Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor strategies to improve admissions.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on admissions performance, lead conversion, and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions or sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting admission targets and handling student inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
