**Job Description - Admission Counsellor**

**Position Title**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Bannerghatta Campus
**Department**: Admissions

**Job Summary**

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the entire admission process—from initial enquiry to enrolment—ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students. The role involves guiding parents through school programs, coordinating admission activities, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Maintain and update the enquiry and admission database regularly.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to schedule school visits, interviews, and assessments.
- Support in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, school fairs, and outreach events.
- Ensure all admission documentation is complete and filed accurately.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share updates with management.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming approach to all visitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Education, Marketing, or related field).
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in admissions, counselling, or customer relations (preferably in a school or educational setup).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.

**Work Schedule**
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday, Alternate Sundays (Rotational Basis)

**Compensation**
- As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
