**Job Description: Admission Counsellor**

**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 2-4 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide guidance on educational programs offered by the school.
- Explain the admission process, curriculum, and school facilities in detail.
- **Walk-In Management**:

- Handle walk-in inquiries efficiently and convert them into successful admissions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor to ensure a positive experience for prospective families.
- **Communication**:

- Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and timely.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the school’s system.
- Generate regular reports on admissions and inquiries.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize admission campaigns, school tours, and events.
- Contribute to promotional strategies to boost admissions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with school staff to align admission strategies with institutional goals.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Ability to handle walk-in inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the education sector, particularly school admissions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience (2-4 years) as an Admission Counsellor or in a similar role within the education sector.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
