We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic **Admission Counsellor** to join our team and play a key role in guiding prospective families through their enrollment journey.

**Role Overview**:
The Admission Counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing them with information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and culture. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a professional yet warm approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective parents about the school's curriculum, fee structure, transport options, and policies.
- Conduct campus tours, ensuring a positive and informative visitor experience.
- Maintain and update accurate records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new students.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admission drives, promotional activities, and school events.
- Prepare admission reports and contribute to enrollment planning and target achievement.
- Regularly follow up with interested families and maintain timely communication.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with parents, acting as a trusted point of contact for admission-related queries.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a specialization in Communication, Marketing, or Education is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Kannada and/or Hindi is highly desirable.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with school operations, CRM systems, or admission management software is a plus.
- Ability to join immediately will be given preference.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
