Job Title: Academic/Admission Counsellor Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time In Office About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Counsellors to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths. You will play a key role in student engagement, admissions, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about academic programs and course options. Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads efficiently. Follow up with prospective students and achieve admission or sales targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollments. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processes. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in education counseling / sales / admissions preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Location: Bangalore Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives.
