Job Title: Academic/Admission Counsellor Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time In Office About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Counsellors to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths. You will play a key role in student engagement, admissions, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents about academic programs and course options. - Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads efficiently. - Follow up with prospective students and achieve admission or sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollments. - Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processes. - Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events. Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline. - 0–2 years of experience in education counseling / sales / admissions preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. Location: Bangalore Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives.
