**Student Counsellor - Admissions | Study in Bengaluru**

**Study in Bengaluru** is seeking a motivated and empathetic **Student Counsellor** to join our admissions team. If you’re passionate about education and love helping students take the right step toward their academic and career goals, this role is for you.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students regarding course options, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of student interactions and conversions
- Guide students through the entire admission and onboarding process
- Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure smooth student transitions
- Meet daily/weekly targets for student enrollments and lead conversions
- Stay updated with program offerings, university tie-ups, and industry trends

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in counselling/admissions or inside sales (education sector preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
- Confident, approachable, and student-friendly personality
- Ability to work with CRM tools and manage student databases
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education/HR/Psychology background is a bonus)
- Target-driven and result-oriented attitude
