**About the Student Counseling Org**:
We are currently in the process of building our Counseling org. At Scaler, we value our student’s success above all else. Our Student counseling org would work closely with our students to keep them on track with their education and goals.

**About the role - Student Counsellor**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to learners with low adherence and inactivity.
- Help address their concerns and limitations and carve out workable solutions for the learners.
- Being able to problem solve on the go with the learners and assist them in building action plans.
- Coordinate with other teams to provide swift resolution.
- Listen and act as active stakeholders to bring about mutual success for the learners and

Scaler.
- Collecting feedback from students & stakeholders and float them to senior management to reduce recurrence and future dropoff from other learners.
- Execute and deliver process adherence as laid down by the management, keeping proactive outreach in mind.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- More than 1.5 years of experience in customer relations, customer support, or a related role.
- Exposure to voice support is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with being able to listen, in detail and carefully.
- Empathetic and customer-focused with the ability to defuse challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- A ‘get-it-done’ rather than a ‘wait-for-perfection’ attitude.

**Salary**: From ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
