**Role Overview**:
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their academic journey and helping them make informed decisions about enrolling in CB Tech Academy’s programs. This is a sales-focused role where you will manage student leads, build relationships, and drive enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Sales**: Understand students' academic needs, career goals, and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and outreach activities to convert them into enrolled students.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure continued engagement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the CB Tech Academy’s courses, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- **CRM Management**: Track all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and basic computer skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, kannada language (speaking) is preferable
- Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
- minimum 6 months or more experience in admission counselling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
