**Hiring for Logistics Pricing Specialist**

**A Logistics Pricing Specialist with freight forwarding experience is responsible for managing and optimizing pricing strategies for freight services. This role typically Involves the following key responsibilities**:
**Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Al/Sea freight pricing, ingistics, or a similar role.**

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Pricing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing freights pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing. This role involves negotiating rates with carriers, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize pricing and cost management,

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Rate Negotiation**:
Negotiate freight rates with airlines, freight forwarders, and other partners

Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for cargo shipment

**Pricing Analysis**:
Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market condlord

Analyze market trends, cost structures, and competitor pricing company objectives

Monitor and control freight costs to trace profitability

**Cost Management**:
Evaluate and optimize cost efficiencies with freight operation

**Customer Quotes**:
Prepare accurate and timely pricing proposals and quotations tor Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions

**Data Management**:
Maintain and update pricing dan databases and systems.

Analyze historical data and generate reports to forecast future pacing trends

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, no canons, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goats

Province pricing insights and support the external Market Research development factors impacting freight pricing requatory changes, and economic Stay informed about the industry Conduct research to directly opposites

**Problem Solving**:
Address pricing-related issues and discrepancies promptly.

Develop and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Skills**

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in pricing and logistics software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as p as part of a team Attention to detail and strong
