**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to companies to create hiring partnerships.
- Talk to HR professionals and explain how our students can meet their hiring needs.
- Collect job openings from companies and share suitable student profiles.
- Maintain strong communication with company contacts and follow up regularly.
- Plan and manage placement drives and interviews for students.
- Keep a record of company tie-ups, job openings, and placement results.
- Coordinate with the internal team to meet placement goals.
- Stay updated with hiring trends and job market changes.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (preference for HR, Marketing, or Business).
- **2 to 5 years of experience in job consultancy.**
- Good at talking to people and building relationships.
- Comfortable working towards targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn, and online job platforms.
- Experience in organising hiring events is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of different job roles and company needs.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
