**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Researching and gathering information about job fairs and relevant recruitment advertisements.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with educational institutions, employers, and industry partners to pinpoint job opportunities for students.
- **Relationship Development**: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to grasp their hiring needs and preferences.
- **Placement Coordination**: Managing the placement process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating job offers, and monitoring placement outcomes.
- **Student Support**: Providing career counselling and guidance to students, including assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- **Networking**: Organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to promote placement opportunities and foster relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in career services, placement, or recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years of similar experience.
- Thorough understanding of the education sector, job market trends, and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with students, employers, and industry partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing and utilizing a comprehensive database of company HR contact details to foster relationships and enhance placement opportunities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
