We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Training and Placement Officer** who will be responsible for building strong industry connections, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful student placements. The role also involves coordinating training programs to enhance students' employability skills.

**Key Responsibilities:Placement & Industry Collaboration**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industries, corporates, and recruiters for campus placements.
- Organize on-campus and off-campus placement drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to understand industry hiring trends and skill requirements.
- Maintain a database of recruiters, alumni, and students for placement tracking.

**Training & Skill Development**:

- Plan and execute training programs (soft skills, technical skills, interview preparation, etc.) to enhance students’ employability.
- Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align academic programs with industry requirements.

**Student Engagement & Career Counseling**:

- Guide students on career paths, job opportunities, and skill development strategies.
- Address students' concerns regarding placements, internships, and career development.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between students and recruiters.

**Administration & Reporting**:

- Maintain placement records and generate reports on student progress, company participation, and hiring trends.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of placement activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to management regarding placement statistics and achievements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
