The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process for students at the institution. The officer will work with various companies to organize placement drives, internships, and job opportunities for students. This role involves maintaining relationships with potential employers and guiding students through the recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Company Relations**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential employers, corporate partners, and industry professionals.
- Liaise with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Organize recruitment drives and placement sessions with companies from various sectors.
- **Placement Process Coordination**:

- Coordinate with faculty and students to ensure timely completion of placement-related activities.
- Help students with resume building, interview preparation, and skill development.
- Monitor the placement status of students, ensuring that they are well-prepared for job interviews.
- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to students to help them identify their strengths, career goals, and suitable opportunities.
- Conduct workshops on job search strategies, interview techniques, and soft skills development.
- **Internship and Job Opportunity Management**:

- Coordinate internships and training opportunities to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
- Ensure that the placement process aligns with the academic calendar and student needs.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placement data, recruitment activities, and employer feedback.
- Prepare and present placement reports, including placement statistics, to senior management.
- **Alumni Relations**:

- Build a network of alumni who can offer mentorship, internships, or job opportunities.
- Engage alumni in various placement initiatives, including webinars, guest lectures, and networking events.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably related to Human Resources, Management, or Business).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in placement coordination, human resources, or career counseling is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and placement management software.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
