**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, organizations, and recruiters for student placements.
- Assist students in resume preparation, interview skills, and overall career readiness through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
- Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Ensure timely communication between companies and students regarding selection processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in placement or career services, preferably in an educational or training institute.
- Strong industry contacts and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software/tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
