**Job Summary**

Pacifix Research is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Placement Officer** to lead and manage our student placement activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful job placements for our students by building strong industry connections, organizing placement drives, and guiding students in their career journeys. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, from identifying job opportunities to securing placements for students.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with industry partners, employers, and recruiters.
- Organize and coordinate placement drives, interviews, and other recruitment events.
- Provide personalized career guidance to students, including resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure students develop the skills and competencies demanded by employers.
- Track and analyze placement outcomes to continuously improve the placement process.

**Qualifications**
- A graduate with **2.5 to 3.5 years of experience** in placement, recruitment, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for mentoring and helping students achieve their career goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
