**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce high-quality desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods according to menu specifications.
- Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure proper portion control, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry section at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the dessert section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Train and mentor Commis Chefs and junior staff in the pastry section.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain accurate records of production and wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally in a hotel or fine-dining setting.
- Formal culinary or pastry education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating.
- Passion for desserts and creativity in presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
