We are looking for Customer Data Platform (CDP) specialists to help our clients

bring their vision of consolidated customer data to life and to enable personalized customer experience.

**Required Skills**:
6+ Years of Experience using or implementing CDP (Customer Data Platform).

Minimum 2 Years of experience in maintaining or implementing CDP platform using ActionIQ.

Experience with configuring and using ActionIQ and Creating Unified Customer Profiles.

Proficient in the use of ActionIQ Workflows for data integration and segmentation

Knowledge or experience in cloud technologies AWS is must.

Experience in data and insights driven marketing environment with a strong understanding of the

Marketing Technology stack including Marketing automation, Personalization, Segmentation, Analytics tools, and tag management systems.

Experience in data modeling and architecture. Excellent SQL skills.

Knowledge or experience of data visualization is a plus.

ETL processes and API integration is a plus.

CDP certification or accreditation is a plus (e.g., AEP, Salesforce CDP, etc.)

Experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Collaborate with stakeholders and different teams from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, and create functional requirements.

Create document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements.

Build and standardize templates and processes for functional requirements, use case validations, and data specifications.

Champion customer data platform workshops and user adoption.
