**Responsibilities**
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
- Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support marketing team in organizing various projects
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data and create reports on marketing performance
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and other information
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics or a related field
- Preferred MBA in Marketing
- **2+ years experience **in market research or related field is mandatory
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Experience using marketing software for a variety of tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
