Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Gurugram. The Market Research - Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for conducting market research, performing market analysis, and utilizing their analytical skills to gather quantitative data. The role involves communication with various stakeholders, analyzing the real estate market trends, and providing insights to support business strategies. Daily tasks include compiling and presenting research findings, engaging with property owners and developers, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with data-driven strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Quantitative Research abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
