About the Role:

Credeb Advisors is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Data Analyst who can handle benchmarking, market research, MIS reporting, and financial data validation. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, work independently, and take full ownership of deliverables within deadlines — not restricted to a typical 9-to-5 work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct benchmarking analysis and prepare market research insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile MIS numbers with Tally and other financial systems to ensure data consistency.
  • Create visually compelling Pitch Decks and management presentations.
  • Utilize advanced Power BI for dashboards, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or financial analytics.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • A strong zeal to learn, grow, and take ownership of work.
