About the Role

As a Junior Research Associate, you'll be at the heart of our market research operations — driving data collection, engaging with top-level professionals across industries, and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions. You'll work on domestic and international research studies using cutting- edge primary research methodologies like CATI, CAWI, and IDIs, along with smart secondary research techniques.

This role offers unmatched exposure, fast learning, and a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders from day one.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the execution of end-to-end data collection for market research projects

· Conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs) with senior decision-makers: CXOs, Directors, Managers, and more

· Utilize CATI and CAWI techniques to gather robust quantitative and qualitative data

· Perform high-quality secondary research

· Translate data into actionable summaries with analytical rigor

· Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with client goals

· Work collaboratively with project managers and research leads

What We're Looking For

· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Business, Economics, Marketing preferred)

· Minimum 6 months of experience in any industry, data collection, or analysis

· Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written (Foreign languages are a plus ●?)

· Ability to confidently speak with global senior executives

· Strong analytical, organizational, and internet research skills

· Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and team-first attitude and eye for detail.
