Market Research Associate

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Associates to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidates will have strong Excel and data analytics skills, with exposure to Market Research and JIRA tools being a plus. You will be responsible for analyzing data, supporting research activities, and ensuring timely delivery of insights to business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, and dashboards).
- Support market research activities through data collection, organization, and validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate analytical insights.
- Track and report project progress using JIRA or similar task management tools.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision-making.
- Assist in creating presentations and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in data analytics / reporting / market research roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Exposure to JIRA for task tracking is an advantage.
Prior experience or understanding of Market Research (MR) concepts is desirable but not mandatory
