We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Market Research team in

Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Primary Research (majorly CATI &

CAWI) and a basic understanding of Secondary Research methods.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct Primary Research using CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI

(Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) methodologies.


• Develop and script questionnaires, manage surveys, and monitor data collection quality.


• Assist in preparing research plans, data analysis frameworks, and reporting formats.


• Collect, verify, and interpret data from various industry sources.


• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key insights and trends.


• Support the project management team in delivering client-ready reports and presentations.


• Maintain organized project documentation and follow research timelines.


• Mentor and guide junior analysts in data collection, analysis, and reporting.


• Create client-ready presentations with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.


• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to understand research objectives and align project

design accordingly.

Required Skills
:


• Proficiency in CATI and CAWI methodologies.


• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.


• Experience in MS Excel, and PowerPoint


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's/master's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in a market research role, preferably in a CATI/CAWI-based environment.
