**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive **B2B Sales Support Executive** to manage online sales platforms such as IndiaMART, GEM, and Project India, ensuring timely responses and lead conversion support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update company profiles and product listings on B2B platforms.

- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward them to sales.

- Track lead conversion status and maintain accurate follow-up data.

- Optimize content—product descriptions, images, pricing, certificates—for better visibility.

- Coordinate with marketing and platform representatives for paid promotions.

- Prepare weekly reports on inquiry status and platform performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or relevant field.

- Experience in online B2B sales (IndiaMART, GEM, etc.).

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
