**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives

**Recruitment Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

**Employer Branding**: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent

**Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize recruitment outcomes and minimize costs

**Data Analytics**: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements

**Qualification**

Master degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven track record of implementing innovative recruitment strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
