As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Mumbai Western region. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with retailers, and maximizing product visibility in the market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading FMCG company while developing your sales and marketing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Acquisition**:
1.1. Identifying potential customers and leads in the assigned territory in A+, A, gourmet outlets.

1.2. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

1.3. Initiating contact with prospects through cold calling and store visits in given territory. 1.4. Undertake sampling and promotion activities to drive awareness and sales.

2. **Relationship Management**:
2.1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

2.2. Providing personalized service and support to address customer inquiries and concerns.

2.3. Anticipating customer needs and proactively offering solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

3. **Product Demonstrations, Presentations and Upselling**:
3.1. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.

3.2. Tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect or customer.

3.3. Addressing objections and concerns raised by prospects to secure sales.

3.4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

3.5. Recommending complementary products based on customer preferences and purchase history.

3.6. Negotiating terms and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.

4. **Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification**:
4.1. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

4.2. Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

4.3. Making recommendations for product improvements or new product launches based on market insights.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**:
5.1. Generating regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.

5.2. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness. 5.3. Providing insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.

5.4. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product development to achieve common goals.

5.5. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders. 5.6. Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, in the FMCG industry (Preferably Snack Category).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Mumbai Western A+ category market and retailers and its dynamics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
