Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Healthcare Data Solutions (HDS) and Life Science team in Bengaluru India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on (Healthcare advances innovation and accelerates patient outcomes by providing pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, and medical and healthcare providers access to connected data and services across the entire healthcare system). The team consists of 4 Scrum masters and is reporting to the Agile Program Manager. We have a great skill set in Agile methodology, Project Delivery, Risk Management, and Estimating and Planning and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in the Agile methodology, with proven track record of delivering Agile projects as well as transforming and coaching teams.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum or similar disciplines of Agile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Agile Certification: Scrum Master Certified Preferred and Solid understanding and hands on knowledge of SDLC
- Track record of driving Agile adoption and creating self-sufficient project team culture and Strong hands-on knowledge in driving faster release cycles, such as Continuous Deployment.
- Experience in leading cross-functional and global teams with diverse styles, skills, and abilities across cultures with communication, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills

It would be great if you also had...
- Experience Scrum Master with hands on working with several scrum squads to develop customer facing or internal products.
- Experience Scrum Master with an advocate of the Agile methodology, with proven track record of delivering Agile projects as well as transforming and coaching teams.
- Experience Scrum Master with work with product, technology, and program management stakeholders to manage projects that meet business objectives.
- Great attention to detail and ability to jump to the lower level to resolve issues if required

What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead/Organize the Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review and Assist with the Product Backlog.
- Work with the Product Owner and others to remove barriers and obstacles for the team and reduce team disruptions
- Take part in Release Planning & Release Backlog Refinement and Actively participates in other technology improvement initiatives such as continuous deployment.
- Implement and optimize scrum processes in JIRA and Continuously monitors the scrum processes to increase efficiency
- Report on work as well as Agile adoption progress at the program level and Work with program management to ensure financial constraints and needs of the team are met

About the Team

Healthcare Data Solutions (HDS) and Life Science Delivery team is a team of 10 people with 5 Program Managers and 5 Scrum Masters based in Bengaluru, Mumbai India, and Barcelona Spain. This delivery team manage overall software product development which varies in complexity and size and could also involve globally located and teams
