**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage a cross functional scrum team deliverables in using Agile methodology and scrum practices as governed by the Business IT PMO
- Working with and supporting the product owner and development team to deliver customer and stakeholder solutions
- Coach and support the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team in removing activity blockers
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in gaps in the execution of the Agile Scrum framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team implement changes effectively
- Manage Defects and sustain issue quality requirements as governed by the business Unit
- Build a team environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
- Provide Agile Scrum education and training where needed

**Skills and attributes of the Scrum Master**:

- The Scrum Master must have strong practical experience in project management and scrum methodologies, which were gained through managing large and complex software projects. He or she must have the following:

- Prior experience leading scrum teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skill
- Prefer a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, SAFE Certified Scrum Master or ACP from PMI.
- Ability to identify conflicts and think quickly to analyze and resolve them
- Ability to handle strong personalities
- Knowledgeable of techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Experience with successful Agile scrum techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a cross functional team
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
- Ability to stay focused in the middle of distractions
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- 5 to 6 years’ experience with IT industry

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.94 per year
