**Ensuring adherence to Scrum principles: The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles, including transparency, inspection, and adaptation.**

**Removing impediments: The Scrum Master is responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that may be hindering the progress of the team.**

**Facilitating team communication: The Scrum Master facilitates communication between team members, stakeholders, and the product owner, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and aligned with project goals.**

**Coaching the team: The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching the team on Agile and Scrum principles, helping team members to continuously improve their skills and processes.**

**Monitoring project progress: The Scrum Master monitors project progress and provides regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.**
