Our CRM (Salesforce) is used for focusing on Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Generation and Marketing Automation. The new CRM has been created to gain 2 primary benefits:

- Allow our teams to spend more time on the core elements of their jobs, e.g., looking after existing customers, testing new ways to attract new customers and less time spent on admin.
- Allow our teams, their managers and the company’s senior leadership team to better understand the current status and performance through improved reporting and forecasting.

We are now looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to join our team who has a passion for creating innovative solutions on a leading edge CRM platform.

**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities
- Manage Multiple scrum Teams
- Facilitate scrum team ceremonies, including the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, grooming and retrospectives
- Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
- Build agile capability through teaching, mentoring and coaching.
- Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to relate to and inspire to colleagues across multi-disciplines.
- Focus on implementing standardised processes to ensure project delivery is on time and in full
- Act as the first point of escalation for all delivery team members
- Create daily productivity reports to highlight project slippage at the earliest opportunity
- Facilitiate daily meetings (Scrum) to ensure team are aligned on priorities and risks/issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Work alongside project manager to confirm resource availability and ensure workload is accurately planned
- Owner of the project Jira platform, refining to ensure processes support technical delivery
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum techniques.
- Key experience & Skills
- Thought leader in the understanding and demonstration of agile principles and delivery practices (including Scrum, Kanban & Lean).
- Significant hands on agile delivery experience, including experience in Enterprise wide agile transformation and leading change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to relate to and inspire to colleagues across multi-disciplines.
- Strong communication, facilitation and workshop design skills.
- Experience working on multiple projects as dedicated Scrum Master is essential
- Experience working on Salesforce projects will be advantageous
- Experience in coaching and acting as the champion of agile best practices within a high performing delivery team
- Ability to work on own or part of a team
- High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude
- Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in
- Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments
- Required qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified PSM or SAFe certification
- 5+ years as Scrum Master with overall of 12+ years of Experience
- 5+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience and managed
- Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams is a must.
- Experience in Managing projects and resources (size 10-15)
- Significant hands on agile delivery experience, including experience in Enterprise wide agile transformation and leading change.
- Proficiency with Agile toolsets like Jira (required), DevOps
